Additional Referrals

We are happy to offer referrals for your ongoing needs. This could include WIC, OHP,  local ongoing prenatal care, and other types of support. We do not provide or refer for abortions.

We offer referrals for our patients following an assessment by our nurse or a medical care team member to best meet your individual needs.

We never financially benefit from referrals. Our goal is to help you get the best care possible through community referrals, and we specialize in connecting you to community resources and services.
